Equine Sports Massage Therapy

Training

My ultimate passion is perhaps training, which for me encompasses a variety of techniques ultimately defined by a combination of creative, philosophical and physical work dependent upon both short and long term goals between horse, human and herd.

Maybe you’d like to learn the magic of the round pen, ways to solidify that downward transition or skills for trauma rehab? Perhaps you’d like to refine your back yard friend or get a yearling under saddle? Well let’s do it! In facing these unique and sometimes intimidating challenges with experience, patience and consistency, we will look to gain confidence and trust, strengthen our communication and develop a more relaxed connection on the ground and/or in the saddle.

Professional On-Site Horse Care

Trying to get out of town but can’t take the horses with you? I’m here to help. With extensive experience in barn management throughout New England and the Tri-State area, I offer professional custom care for horses on private property.

Not only am I familiar with many feeds and supplements as well as appropriate hay/water rations, I have a lifetime of horse handling. I also offer custom services including but not limited to: blanketing, leg-wrapping, de-worming, administering antibiotics, training sessions, and grooming.

Unexpected emergencies, injury or sudden lameness will be addressed with the utmost professionalism, timely communication and unconditional commitment to the horse’s well-being.

So go ahead and plan that getaway! Your horses will have exceptional care, their stalls will be spotless, the barn will be tidy and if we suddenly need the farrier, not to worry, I won’t hesitate for a heartbeat.
